Payment Terms
Please note that unless a pre-arranged credit line has been extended it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure goods are paid for before dispatch.
Standard deliveries are usually made on a next working day basis (Monday - Friday) and a signature will be required on delivery by the recipient.
Parcels should be inspected closely before signing for goods. If a parcel shows external signs of damage please either sign for goods as 'damaged' or reject the delivery altogether.
 
Damaged Goods/Returns
In the unlikely event of damaged goods being delivered you must make us aware of the damage in writing (email or fax) within 24 hours of signing for the delivery. Damaged items that are not reported within this timeframe may not be collected or replaced free of charge. If goods are delivered in damaged condition and Displays 2 Go made aware of this in writing within 24 hours then we will organize a free collection of the goods from any mainland UK address.
Regrettably we cannot arrange free collections from International or non-mainland UK addresses.
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the goods then the delivery will usually be re-attempted the following working day. After 2 failed delivery attempts goods will be returned to Displays 2 Go and an additional delivery charge will be applied should you wish for us to re-dispatch the order.
 
Should you order goods in error or be unhappy with you goods in any way then you should return them to us within 7 working days from date of delivery.
All goods should be returned sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund for items which have been opened, used or are damaged.
Goods must be returned at the customers cost and we strongly advise sending all goods via an insured service.

For products which are bought to order there may be a re-stocking fee for returned goods of up to 20% of the value of the goods.
 
Guarantees
Our products are all sold with full guarantees ranging from 1-10 Years depending on the product. If your goods fail due to a manufacturing defect during this timeframe you may return them to us whereby we will inspect the goods and repair or replace free of charge.
 
Late Deliveries
We will always aim to keep you fully advised regarding delays on items which may occasionally become out of stock however Displays To Go will not be liable for any consequential losses caused by out of stock items or late deliveries due to courier problems.
