Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Displays To Go Limited you are accepting the following terms and conditions

Order Confirmation

When your order is received we will check and process it. Please check that all the details of your order are correct. We will proceed with your order once our interpretation has been accepted.

Payment

A pro-forma invoice will be raised and sent to you by email or fax. We will require full payment for goods by bacs transfer or cheque. Please note orders will not be processed until full payment has been received.

Accounts
30 day accounts will be opened for regular customers. If you would like a credit account application please contact us and one will be sent to, please note that 2 references will be required and we can not guarantee that everyone will be accepted. Credit account are subject to nett monthly settlement. Displays 2 go reserves the right to charge interest at the prevailing bank rate +4% per month on any accounts outstanding after 60 days. The title of goods remains with displays 2 go until paid for in full.

Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery.

Delivery

Delivery will usually be within 5 working days of receipt of approved artwork, but large order may take longer. If you would like us to design the artwork for you an agreement will be made for the timescale.
Delivery charges are not included please add the following charges for goods delivered within the UK
Bannerstands from £15.00
Pop Ups from £30.00
Timed Delivery please add an additional £10.00
Saturday Delivery please add an additional £30.00

Packing and Transport

We take extreme care and attention when packing and dispatching our goods, however we cannot be held responsible for any delay, damage to or loss of articles after leaving our works. If you have a complaint against goods which have been damaged, lost or delayed during transit please notify us in writing within 7 working days from the date goods were either due or received. We will use this information to seek a claim from our courier company on your behalf.
